A very foggy departure from Sydney Harbour cleared quickly to perfect weather once we reached our meeting point at South Head to greet our stunning fleet of Rivieras en route for our day trip to Port Hacking.
The new Riviera 505 SUV made an impression powering out of the harbour, with Simon Don aboard helping the new owners enjoy their first trip offshore as part of our R Marine Sydney cruise event.
Our journey was pleasantly distracted by a pod of whales frolicking in ocean. It was absolutely magical to see these beautiful creatures. We arrived at Jibbon beach mid – morning and dropped anchor to enjoy some time aboard in this scenic location before heading off to the Port Hacking Royal Motor Yacht Club for lunch.
Club Manager Liam Rogers and Vice Commodore Mark Griffiths guided us effortlessly to our berths, and welcomed us very warmly to the Bistro where they arranged the best tables with waterfront views for 30 Riviera owners and our staff
We can’t give this club enough credit for the high standard of service and fantastic menu, if you’re in the area and looking for a lunch location we highly recommend Yachts Bistro RMYCPH. Click here to more details .
A great day was enjoyed by everyone before we headed back to Sydney Harbour at 3 pm, spotting a few more whales along the way.
